Registrants will be notified in writing if the Fair Trade Academy is cancelled and will be refunded fees paid to California Western School of Law.
If particular courses in the Fair Trade Academy are cancelled, registrants will be refunded fees or may elect to take another course in the program, where offered. The Director will use his best efforts to make arrangements for each student enrolled to attend a similar program, if the student so desires.
In addition, all money for tuition advanced by the student shall be refunded within 20 days after the date of cancellation.
The liability of participating law schools shall be limited to a refund of fees paid on any cancellation of the program or particular courses.
