Applying to California Western
Thank you for your interest in California Western School of Law! We are confident you will agree that California Western is what a law school ought to be - collegial, innovative, thoroughly grounded in legal basics, globally connected, linked to a panoramic vision of social awareness, dedicated to preparing you for a deeply satisfying career in law.
We pride ourselves on the diversity and range of our student body so we consider a variety of factors, beyond the LSAT score and undergraduate grade point average when reviewing applicant files. While the admissions process is competitive, all applications are thoroughly reviewed and considered. Early application is encouraged so that the applicant, if admitted, may take full advantage of financial aid opportunities. Because we have rolling admissions, acceptance may be more competitive for applicants whose files are received closer to the application deadline.

There are two ways to apply to California Western School of Law. You may apply electronically through LSAC by accessing one of the links to our application below. You may also download a copy of our application (below) and send your application in the mail.
LSAC Electronic Application:
You may apply electronically to California Western School of Law through LSAC by clicking one of the links below. There is no additional service charge to apply electronically. A $55 application fee for spring or fall, will be required with submission of your application. You will also need to register with LSDAS if you haven't already done so. (Please call LSAC's Help Desk at (215) 968-1393 for assistance with this service.)

Complete, print and forward the application and $55, nonrefundable application processing fee to California Western School of Law. Note: this PDF file will allow you to use your computer to enter the requested information. Simply check the boxes with your mouse, and use the Tab key to move from item to item on the application. Once completed, you can then print the application. Transfer applicants may also use this version.
