Professor Channick, who joined the full-time California Western faculty in 1987, specializes in elder law and health law issues, and participates in the San Diego Alzheimer's Association speakers bureau. She studied at Harvard's School of Public Health in 2000-01, where she received a Masters in Public Health in the Health Care Policy concentration.
Channick has served on the American Bar Association subcommittees on Medicine & Law and Health Care Decisions and is a member of the American Association of Law, Medicine & Ethics.
