"This seminar explores the legal, regulatory, and policy approaches to planning for, repsonding to, and recovering from natural disasters. The class brings in expert guest speakers, including public officials, national experts on insurance issues, and survivors of natural disaster. Students write a paper on a topic of their choosing, and present the paper to the class. A sampling of student papers can be found <here>."
