Professor Sax joined the California Western faculty in 2009. She earned a law degree from University of Pennsylvania. After law school, Professor Sax was an associate in the San Francisco office of Morgan, Lewis & Bockius LLP, where she litigated a wide variety of cases in state and federal court. Prior to law school, Professor Sax received a Ph.D. in Cell and Molecular Biology from the University of Pennsylvania School of Medicine. Professor Sax's research combines her scientific background and legal education to focus on issues in biomedical policy.
