Important Note: The aid application for Summer 2012 will be a separate process with a separate online form in the Student Portal. This will allow students to apply for aid for summer classes, summer study abroad, or summer break Federal Work-Study. Students will be able to request aid for the Fall 2012 term around the start of March using the regular Online Aid Application.
Online Aid Application
The California Western Financial Aid Application is now online! By using your Social Security Number and your zip code, you can set up your login to our Online Aid System, where you can electronically complete your CWSL Financial Aid Application. If you forget or lose your PIN, you can reset it using your custom security questions. If you should have trouble with the online form, you can get help by contacting the Financial Aid Office at 619-525-7060.
The Free Application for Federal Student Aid can be completed on line at FAFSA On The Web. Students who completed federal financial aid applications in the previous year may fill out Renewal FAFSAs on that site, using their PIN (formerly the Electronic Access Code, or EAC). Students who do not have a PIN or EAC may request one at the Department of Education's PIN Web Site.

Credit Check Authorization Form - For students who wish to receive a PLUS loan, and would like for their credit to be checked prior to an award being made by our office.
Request for Cost of Attendance Increase - For students who wish to request additional student aid beyond the amount allowed under the standard cost of attendance.
