Save As PDF
Saving Word And WordPerfect Files As PDF Files

The computers in the Student Computer Labs have both Word and WordPerfect installed.  In both word processors, you can save a file as a PDF document.

MS Word 2010

Click File, then click Save As.
This will open up the "Save As" window that you are familiar with.
Give the file a name, and select a location where you want the file to be saved.
In the Save as Type box, click the down arrow, and select "PDF (*.pdf)"
Click the Save button, and the file will be saved as a PDF file.

WordPerfect X5

With your document open,  click File, then click "Publish to PDF".

The "Publish to PDF" window will open.  It looks just like the "Save As" window, just with a different name.
Give the file a name, and save it as normal.  It will be saved as a PDF file.
