Using An Email Client
Confiiguring Email Clients For CWSL Student Email AccountsConnections
to student email can be made either through webmail or through an email
client program. For webmail, you use a web browser, such as Internet
Explorer, or Firefox. For an email client, you use Outlook Express, or
the email program on you smartphone, or something similar. If you are
using an email client program, you must configure your email client to
connect via a secure IMAP connection.
Use the following settings for an email client.
Incoming email server type: IMAP
Incoming Email Server Name: lex.cwsl.edu
Server requires secure connection (SSL) on port 993
Outgoing email server type: IMAP
Outgoing Email Sever Name: lex.cwsl.edu
Server requires a secure connection (SSL) on port 465
