It is important that you keep your address current with the Registrar's Office so that you will receive information about graduation.
Graduation Ceremony
Graduation Ceremonies are held in December for Fall graduates, and in April for Spring graduates. Summer graduates can participate in either the December or April ceremony.
For information regarding caps & gowns, the graduation program, graduation announcements, and other ceremony questions, contact Student Services at 619-515-1576.
Diplomas
Diplomas are mailed out approximately six (6) weeks after grades are released for your final term. Diplomas will not be issued until any Incomplete grades you may have for classes have been completed, nor will they be issued if you have any holds with the school. (Contact the Business Office and the Financial Aid Office to clear any holds.)
