Child, Family & Elder Law - California Western
Child, Family & Elder Law
Area of Concentration

About

Families need the help of lawyers, whether for issues surrounding the dissolution of a marriage, allegations of violence, child welfare concerns, or the myriad of issues that arise with each advance in technology and each shift in social values and culture. In addition, our increasingly older population requires assistance in planning and protecting their estates, and ensuring that they receive the benefits they have worked hard to acquire.
