Labor and Employment Law is a fast-growing, dynamic field that offers a wide range of practice--from litigation to in-house counsel to government work. Our faculty has a range of experience as practitioners and scholars in employment discrimination, labor and employment law, and international issues. This area of concentration regularly offers core courses in Labor Law, Employment Law, and Employment Discrimination, as well as electives such as International Labor& Employment Law, NAFTA and Labor, Workers' Compensation, and Employment Benefits.

Other relevant courses include Business Organizations, Entertainment Law, Federal Income Tax and Sports Law. The related practicum courses are Alternative Dispute Resolution, Arbitration Advocacy, Mediation, Mediation Advocacy, and Negotiation.
