Spring 2013 tuition is due December 7, 2012, for All Students.

Late fees will be assesed on ALL unpaid balances on January 9th, 2013

        
A Tuition Deferment will only be granted for loan funds not yet available by regulation and only if the loan funds are processed through CWSL's Financial Aid Office OR if an Approved Payment Plan is accepted by the Business Office.  

ALL BALANCES MUST BE PAID OR DEFERRED by above due dates said trimester enrollment  or the student is not  officially enrolled.  Late tuition fees will be assessed on all late tuition payments (refer to schedule of charges).  Overpayments and excess funds from loans received and applied to the student's account for living expenses MAY NOT BE AVAILABLE UNTIL THE FIRST WEEK OF CLASSES. 

DEFERMENT FORMS ARE AVAILABLE IN THE BUSINESS OFFICE SECTION OF THE CWSL WEBSITE. THEY MAY BE TURNED IN TO THE BUSINESS OFFICE.
