Students with Disabilities California Western provides reasonable accommodations to students with documented disabilities and learning disorders. All students who may need accommodations must contact Student & Diversity Services to request accommodations. Student & Diversity Services grants accommodations on a case by case basis in consultation with the student and relevant medical professionals. The deadline to request accommodations for Fall 2012 final exams is October 26, 2012. The deadline to request accommodations for Spring 2013 final exams is February 22, 2013. The deadline to request accommodations for Summer 2013 final exams is June 28, 2013. Students who have accommodations for a permanent disability do not have to submit an additional request, unless they are requesting new or revised accommodations. Students requesting accommodations for the first time must complete and submit the Accommodation Forms (see link below) before the due date. All students receiving or requesting accommodations should meet with the Assistant Dean for Student & Diversity Services to discuss any questions about the process.
