Upon acceptance to the J.D. program, the LL.M./M.C.L. Office will process your SEVIS I-20 form (Application for F-1 Student Visa).

The following information is necessary to issue your SEVIS I-20

1. Full name
2. Date of Birth
3. Country of Birth
4. Country of Citizenship
5. Permanent foreign address
6. Verification of financial resources (letter from a bank and/or sponsor)
