Please Note:
Each trimester there is a  two-week period prior to the mailing of grades during which transcripts are not available.   (This applies to current students only).  Please contact the Registrar's Office if you have questions, or check the Registrar's home page for transcript availability information.

Transcripts cost $3 and may be ordered by mailing or faxing a signed request or downloaded transcript request form, or by stopping by the Registrar's Office.  If you choose to send a signed, written request, please include: 

• Name
• Current address and phone Number
• Social Security Number
• Graduation date or last date of attendance
• Number of copies
• If you want Official or Unofficial transcripts
• If you would like your Class Rank included
• Where you would like the transcripts mailed
• A check payable to CWSL, (transcripts are $3.00 each). We DO NOT accept credit cards.

Requests are usually filled within 24-48 hours. More time may be required during busy periods.

Students wishing a PDF copy of their transcript may log on to the secured online student login page.  (This applies to students who graduated after 1990 only. You will need your student ID and SSN.  Call the Registrar's Office at 619-525-1414 for your student ID #).

Students who Attended California Western prior to 1978:

If you attended California Western prior to 1978 you may need to contact  USIU/Alliant University at 858-635-4581 for a copy of your transcript.  See History for more information on this.
