I. GENERAL POLICIES

California Western School of Law (“CWSL” or “School”) seeks to ensure that no students or employees are excluded from participation in, or denied the benefits of, any School program or activity on the basis of sex.  Members of the School community, as well as guests and visitors, have a right to be free from sexual harassment, violence and gender-based harassment.  When an allegation of sexual misconduct is investigated, and a responding community member is found to have violated the Title IX – Sexual Harassment and Discrimination Policy (“Title IX Policy” or “Policy”) or to have engaged in other inappropriate conduct, discipline or corrective measures may be imposed.
