Academic Achievement Workshop: California Civil Procedure

Academic Achievement Workshop – California Civil Procedure (AAW) provides a foundation in California’s rules of civil procedure and the differences from the federal rules (both are subjects tested on the California Bar Exam).

This course explicitly teaches the skills necessary to improve critical thinking and legal analysis in upper-division courses and on the bar exam. In order to further develop their critical thinking and legal analysis, students are required to submit written work throughout the course for feedback and self-evaluation.

The guidelines and requirements for AAW are laid out in Academic Policy 2.01 (c).
