This class provides the building blocks of bankruptcy law by explaining bankruptcy cases from the perspective of the debtor, the trustee, and the creditor. You'll learn the special rules and procedures that must be followed in each type of case. This course also explains how cases are commenced, converted, dismissed, and closed. The e-text that accompanies this course covers all the basic, underlying concepts of bankruptcy law and the procedural rules governing bankruptcy cases. Each topic discussed within the text is clear and easy to grasp.
This class provides the law aspects for the reorganization of individual, company or municipal bankruptcy. Chapters 7, 11, 12 and 13.
With a practical and dynamic method the participant will knowledge the different possibilities for companies' reorganization . Restructuring is the corporate management term for the act of reorganizing the legal, ownership, operational, or other structures of a company for the purpose of making it more profitable, or better organized for its present needs. Other reasons for restructuring include a change of ownership or ownership structure, demerger, or a response to a crisis or major change in the business with bankruptcy.
