We understand that paying for law school is an integral part in choosing an institution that’s right for you.

At California Western, we offer need- and merit-based awards, as well as scholarships and grants that recognize and celebrate the cultural diversity in our community.

Outside scholarships are much less prevalent at the graduate level than they are at the undergraduate level. This is particularly true of state and federal assistance. For example, graduate students are ineligible to receive either the Federal Pell Grant or any of the Cal Grant programs. At this time, there are no forms of grant assistance from the state of California or the federal government which are generally applicable to students at California Western.

Our Admissions and Financial Aid staff can help you understand the many scholarship, loan, and work study options available to help you pay for law school.
