LLM and MCL Programs for International Lawyers

At California Western Law School our legal community is enhanced by International lawyers studying law with us in critical ways. Our LLM and MCL Programs for International Lawyers enrich an already diverse community and provide a deeper array of cultural experiences for all of our students. The Master of Laws in Comparative Law (LLM) and Master of Comparative Law (MCL) Program is designed to prepare lawyers from other countries to work knowledgeably with lawyers in the United States on questions of common interest arising under either their own or the U.S. legal system.

This is an online academic program for licensed attorneys taught entirely in Spanish. Participating students acquire the knowledge and practice needed for their professional development. Our Spanish version of the LL.M. in Trial Advocacy will provide skills to all Latin American lawyers in facing the new models they are implementing for the pursuit of justice such as their new accusatory system.
