Program Overview:
The fourth annual Legal Ethics Symposium will convene at California Western School of Law on March 20, 2020, with a
focus on legal ethics and criminal procedure. A distinguished group of scholars and practitioners will discuss
issues related to the ethical obligations of prosecutors and law enforcement, with specific attention to the legal,
ethical, and moral ramifications of proposed reforms to criminal procedure and to the criminal justice system.
Practitioners may receive 4.5 hours of CLE credit in Ethics.
