San Diego City Councilmember Marti Emerald visited the Community Law Project legal clinic at Rosa Parks Elementary School in City Heights on November 20. Emerald wanted to see first-hand how the clinic provides free legal services to lower income and vulnerable individuals in the area.

California Western Wins San Diego Law School Trial Competition

For the second year in a row, California Western has finished first in the winner-take-all Association of Business Trial Lawyers Tournament in San Diego. San Diego’s three law schools, California Western, University of San Diego, and Thomas Jefferson faced one another in a head-to-head mock trial competition.
