
California Western Celebrates Community and Leadership at Tom Homann LGBTQ+ Law Association Annual Dinner

California Western School of Law attended the Tom Homann LGBTQ+ Law Association's
32nd Annual Dinner and Awards Ceremony at Humphreys Half Moon Inn. The event celebrated
acceptance and diversity and recognized both current students and alumni.
The Honorable Michael S. Groch '92, received the 2026 Community Leader Award for his
significant and lasting impact on the community through courage, authenticity, leadership,
and service.
Julie O. Wolff '10 was named incoming Co-President of the Tom Homann LGBTQ+ Law Association,
dedicated to advancing LGBTQ+ issues across California and the nation.
Jacob Sanchez ’26 and rising 3L Noah Castro were awarded the 2026 Tom Homann LGBTQ+
Law Foundation Student Scholarship.
California Western School of Law values its partnership with the Tom Homann LGBTQ+
Law Association and commends its students and alumni for their commitment to the community.
