Judicial Reception 2026: Connecting Law Students with the Judiciary

California Western School of Law welcomed local members of the judiciary for the annual Judicial Reception. This event provides an opportunity to recognize distinguished members of the bench while fostering meaningful connections between current students and legal professionals serving throughout San Diego and the federal court system.

The on-campus reception brought together distinguished members of the bench and the California Western community for an evening of conversation and developing mentorship. Following welcome remarks from Dean Miriam Baer, students had the opportunity to speak directly with judges and commissioners to learn about their careers in law and public service.
