3L Grace Banny Places Student Note in the Berkeley Journal of Gender, Law and Justice

California Western 3L student Grace Banny, class of 2026, has earned the commendable and rare honor of having her student note accepted for publication in Volume 41 of the Berkeley Journal of Gender, Law and Justice.   Her note, “Miscarriage as Murder: The Criminalization of Pregnancy in the Era of Fetal Personhood,” which will be published in the spring of 2026, was originally written for Professor Nancy Marcus’s Sexuality, Gender Identity and the Law seminar.
