
Innocence and Justice Clinic Students Litigate Post-Conviction Motion

Two California Western Innocence and Justice Clinic (IJC) students traveled to L.A. to litigate a post-conviction motion, which the judge granted. 2L Diana Wong and 2L Yasmin Ureno also filed an additional post-conviction motion that they researched and drafted with the guidance of IJC Executive Director and Associate Professor Amy Kimpel and Staff Attorney Lindsey Mercer.
