Biography

Phillip Gragg joined the California Western faculty in spring 2016 as Associate Dean of Library Information Services and Associate Professor of Law. His duties include oversight of the library, IT, and Educational Technology. Prior to joining CWSL, Dean Gragg served as founding faculty member and library director of the George R. White Law Library at Concordia University School of Law in Boise, Idaho from 2012-2016. From 2006-2012, he served in several roles, including associate director of the Louisiana State University Paul M. Hebert Law Center Library. Dean Gragg has taught a variety of courses, including first-year legal research, advanced and specialized legal research, and Second Amendment law.
